Oscars 2020: alle winnaars (en verliezers) op een rij!

Nachtbrakers hebben de afgelopen uren via Fox mee kunnen kijken, maar voor iedereen die dat niet deed: dit zijn de grote winnaars van de Academy Awards 2020. En dat er een paar grote verrassings-Oscars tussen zitten, zul je meteen zien!

Zo hadden we van te voren niet gedacht dat het meesterlijke Parasite van Bong Joon Ho 'Best Picture' zou winnen. Overigens voor het eerst dat een 'buitenlands gesproken' film (lees: niet engels) met deze prijs aan de haal gaat. Maar dat is nog niet alles: ook won Bong nog eens drie andere mega-Oscars! 

Acteurs

Bij de acteursprijzen zaten minder verrassingen. Zo ging Renée Zellweger ervandoor met de Oscar voor beste actrice in een hoofdrol (als Judy Garland in Judy) en pakte Joaquin Phoenix eindelijk - na drie eerdere nominaties - de Oscar voor beste acteur in een hoofdrol (Arthur Fleck in Joker). De uiteindelijke 'winst' van Joker bestond uit slechts 2 Oscars, terwijl de film 11 nominaties kreeg. Ook in de categorie beste bijrollen zagen we géén verrassingen: Laura Dern en Brad Pitt wonnen voor hun rollen in respectievelijk Marriage Story en Once Upon A Time... In Hollywood.
